JOB DESCRIPTION

The Fox Alternative Entertainment team has a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant.  In this exciting role, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support for senior executives on the team, as well as partner with the team on production related responsibilities. 

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the SVP and VP’s schedules and daily calendars, ensuring key appointments and production milestones are prioritizedManage facilities and office-related needs as directedOrganize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and sending remindersRecord and track minutes for executive meetingsMaintain comprehensive and accurate records, ensuring all production and departmental documents are filed correctlyMaintain and update departmental master production, development, and post-production calendars for all projects in productionAssist in the creation and maintenance of production documents and files, including wrap binders and show filesProvide budgeting support for development projects, tracking expenses and assisting with cost reportingHelp coordinate development run-throughs and provide onsite production support for Los Angeles-based projects as neededSort, track, file, and maintain production and project materials, including confidential information and vital documentsAssist with asset and delivery management, including uploading and filing production content to the BOX system and SeeViewSupport the onboarding of new personnel, ensuring necessary resources such as seating, badges, parking, and IT access are providedOversee storage and production asset lists to ensure all items are tracked and accounted forProvide additional administrative support as needed, including travel arrangements and handling phone calls

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's Degree in Film/Television, Business Administration, or a related field1-2 years of experience as a Production Coordinator or Executive AssistantStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanorStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong interest in television production and a growth-oriented mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, and PowerPointAbility to read, interpret, and summarize budgets and financial reportsAbility to manage confidential information and prioritize tasks effectivelyProactive, self-starting problem solver who can anticipate needs and take initiative

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $22.25-26.00 per hour for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $18.50-21.50 per hour for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
