Executive Assistant, Reputation & Content Strategy
Description The Communications and Corporate Responsibility organization (CCR) is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, and intuitive Executive Assistant to support two directors within the Reputation & Content Strategy team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing complex calendars across multiple time zones, arranging both international and domestic travel, and organizing events and meetings. Additionally, the role involves maximizing team efficiency and productivity, serving as a primary point of contact between team members and leadership, and fostering effective communication and collaboration. The Executive Assistant will partner with leaders, business partners, stakeholders, and Executive Assistants across the company to achieve key deliverables. You will thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment and have exceptional attention to detail. Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and the ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities are crucial. Preferred attributes include creativity and initiative in problem-solving and task management, and a relentless ability to take action quickly with the necessary details. Key job responsibilities - Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate large-scale events. - Coordinate travel arrangements, including both domestic and international. - Drive key team activities such as staff meetings, team morale events, and offsites. - Track and ensure the completion of key deliverables. - Complete expense reports proactively. - Act as a liaison between the team and key stakeholders. - Handle confidential materials and information with discretion. - Develop and maintain new mechanisms to maximize team efficiency. Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of senior level leadership support experience - Experience with executive level calendar management - Experience with domestic or international travel coordination - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing multiple calendars - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
