ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive executive support to the SVP, including calendar management, expense reporting, travel arrangements, and special projects.Manage information flow, prioritizing communications and sorting emails by urgency and category.Coordinate with other Executive Assistants, internal departments, and external vendors to meet the SVP's needs.Anticipate executive needs and support daily departmental operations, including team calendar management and project workflow.Develop proficiency in company reports and research to provide informed support.Liaise with Shoe Librarians on sample requests and storage management.Supervise Sample Coordinators and troubleshoot ongoing problemsCollaborating with various teams across the organization in organizing the bi-annual Global Sales Conference and other major corporate meetings throughout the year.Manage employee requests for SVP meetings, gathering necessary information and scheduling based on priority.Coordinate with Asia offices for employee visits to the US office.Collaborate with Operations team on office moves and buildouts.Plan and execute logistics for vendor/supplier dinners and special events.Facilitate new team member onboarding, working with hiring managers and HR/Recruiting/IT to ensure proper setup.Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-

Bachelor’s degree or higher.Experience performing administrate type duties in a corporate environment.Two or more years of full-time experience in footwear or apparel industry preferred.Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Adobe Reader and Concur experience preferred.The pay range for this position is $80,000-$120,000
