**Executive Assistant, Ultrasound** In this role, you will report to the Global VP and GM of Ultrasound Services & Solutions and will be a member of the team of Executive Assistants that supports the ultrasound Management team. There is a great variety in the activities you do and people you meet, which requires agility to action and sensibility and tact as part of the Business leadership staff. **Your role:** + Supports the Global Ultrasound Services & Solutions Leader in performing the effective leadership of Ultrasound Services. This involves handling comprehensive and complex calendar management and conducting meeting preparations and complex and detailed visa/travel arrangements. + Plans and organizes, including detailed logistics, leadership meetings, including off-sites, customer and site visits. Provides administrative support for preparations of Ultrasound Services meetings and Enterprise Champion business meetings such as Remote-Digital Enterprise. + Provides administrative support for budget, purchase orders tracking and manages expense reporting and travel booking for your leader in Concur. + Delivers, sometimes fully independently, the full range of administrative tasks which could involve a high level of responsibility and confidential matters. This also includes the tracking of important tasks and deadlines as well as communication to the Services Leadership team. + Works with a strong Leadership Team that reports directly to the Services Leader to continue to move the business forward and communicate with the team as necessary. Works with the Global Service Leaders Executive Assistant team coordinating Service Leaders Meetings as required weekly and monthly and as needed. + Works with the Remote-Digital Services Enterprise Leadership (EA) team, including ExCo (EA) to coordinate the Remote-Digital Services Meetings as required weekly, monthly and as needed. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of work experience as an Executive/Management Assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic, international environment, with strong attention to detail, ability to learn and know the landscape to lead when necessary and possess experience as an exceptional editor for communications. + Your skills include exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; demonstrated track record of proactivity and willingness to take initiative; knowing how to set priorities under high pressure; ability to independently identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; escalate when necessary and look for solutions/improvement; have a natural assertive attitude and strong communication, organization and planning skills; strong skills in Outlook calendar and mail management. + You have an Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field and experience as Executive Assistant in a large international company. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re also available in the Cambridge office for at least 3 days a week, required; flexible (adapting to fluctuating workload), able to multitask and work with (tight) deadlines; both a team and independent worker, easily connecting to others and building a network; you can work with all levels in the organization. This role requires you to be discrete, structured, and accurate with full-time support availability. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
