What is the opportunity?
This is an opportunity to provide executive administrative support to two executives and a team of senior leaders in Financial Crimes. Candidate should be hardworking, demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills, and set the team up for success and efficiency daily. The right candidate will proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of those being supported and demonstrate sound judgement.
What will you do?
Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple locations and time zones. Including vetting, prioritizing, and ensuring managers are alerted to any conflicts and prepared for high-priority or important meetings.Contribute to leadership meetings by taking notes and tracking action items.Prioritize work based on importance/urgency and in a manner that maintains high-quality support for managers.Create Power Point, Excel spreadsheets and other documents for managers/department mtgs.Coordinate domestic and international travel, often requiring changes and rescheduling.Manage and enter expenses in a timely manner; Learn and implement travel and expense policy.Assist or support management in the preparation of certain reporting processes for committees or board meetings.Assist, support, and/or help standardize onboarding processes.What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Education Level: University Degree or equivalent experience Experience: Minimum 5+ years supporting a VP level leader and experience supporting multiple managers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.Must have strong technical skills, experience using Webex, Concur, Workday, and SharePoint.Self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills.Nice-to-have

This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
