Executive Assistant | Paynesville

CentraCare is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Leadership Team in Paynesville. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to anticipate and address the needs of the team.

Key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant include providing administrative/clerical support by answering phone calls and email correspondence, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, minute taking and assisting with project coordination and implementation. The Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting with credentialing and updating company policies and procedures in Paynesville. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, as the Executive Assistant will handle sensitive information and documents. The most suitable candidate will demonstrate discretion and always maintain strict confidentiality. 

Schedule:

Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks  Monday - Thursday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $18.68 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience  Pay range: $18.68 - $28.01 per hour  Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available  Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! 

Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or GED  Post-high school secretarial/administrative assistant training or a minimum of one year of previous assistant experience in lieu of training   Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment in an urgent manner Solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, scheduling and spreadsheets  Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to type 70-90 words per minute
