We are looking for an English-speaking candidate, who would like to perform various administrative tasks for the Head of GBS Logistics Operations and the Global Process Owner Order-to-Cash & Master Data Management. As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role in providing professional and efficient service and support to meet ongoing needs on a global level. If you are a multi-tasker and self-dependent person, you will be successful in this position.

 

What will you be doing?
Complete a broad variety of administrative and confidential tasks   Manage Outlook calendar, schedule appointments, follow up on topics and tasks  Gather data from various internal sources, prepare required documents and reports, ensure proper and structured file organization  Take care of correspondence and prioritize items that need attention  Schedule and coordinate company meetings, workshops, or events   Create detailed travel plans and agendas, arrange travel bookings   Prepare expense reports, reconciliation of credit card statement, submit billing information  Build positive work relationships and maintain cooperation with internal and external stakeholders at a high level   


 
What are we looking for?
At least 2 years of relevant experience in an international work environment  Completed Master’s degree  Highly developed organizational and time management skills with a focus on problem solving  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Loyalty and ability to keep information confidential  Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams from different regions   Ability to manage change, and adapt work style and processes according to the dynamic work environment   Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint  Knowledge of SAP (experience working in Concur would be an asset)  Language skills:  Internal corporate language: fluent English required
