Executive Assistant (4349)

Kiliuda Consulting, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Executive Assistant to help support our government client in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

Make Defense Travel System (DTS) travel arrangements. Assist with the coordination, collaboration and compilation of division-level generated documents, policies, operating procedures and training materials. Compile data from multiple sources and generate documents and correspondence for government review and approval. Prepare internal/external briefs, status reports, memorandums, formal correspondence and other procurement related documents Provide rapid response and support to official correspondence/taskers Support and contribute to internal communication tools Coordinate meetings, conference calls/VTCs, and conferences to include making arrangements for facilities and travel arrangements for organization members and representatives, and document meeting minutes when required. Resolve administrative related issues and develop solutions for administrative or clerical functions independent of management. Perform administrative tasks/duties in support of the Senior Executive/Division Level to include: managing branch supply orders, ensuring printer stations are monitored, and ensuring phone rosters and staff communication rosters are updated.

 

Requirements:

Current active SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain one. High School Diploma. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience formatting, processing and records maintenance for all official documents; Schedule appointments and correspond via email;   Mature and independent judgment and initiative; and Ability to work independently and be highly responsive
