Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in secretarial science or general studies preferred, but comparable combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Ten years of consistent and progressive administrative assistant or executive assistant duties required.
Two of the most recent 4 years' experience performing executive secretarial duties, office management experience, or history supporting senior leaders.
Excellent communication skills providing clear, professional, and diplomatic verbal and written communication.
Proficient with office tools like Microsoft Office, project management, audio visual equipment, and other digital platforms as required.
Time management expertise including scheduling, calendar management, and ensuring that the CEO and other executives’ time is optimized.
Demonstrated ability to deal discreetly with sensitive and confidential information and to work independently, making limited decisions based on knowledge of system policies and procedures.
Problem-solving abilities with the initiative to address challenges independently while keeping the CEO and executives informed.

ResponsibilitiesPerforms diversified administrative duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature according to established standards. Maintains board minutes and corporate records for multiple entities. Works independently with little supervision.
