Responsibilities
Performs secretarial and general office work for President and C.E.O and board of trustees, as well as other members of the administrative staff. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the Organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
Qualifications
Minimum:
Minimum of five (5) years experience depending upon setting and responsibilities.Excellent personal computer skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills to work with all levels of licensed staff, physicians and Management Team. Must display excellent organizational skills, flexibility, ability to meet deadlines, problem solving ability, project work capability and adaptability in work routines.Preferred:
Business College, AA or BA degree preferred or combination of Business college with experience in health care setting.Type 70-80 wpm; shorthand.
