Department:Office of the DeanPre-Employment Screening:Identity Schedule:40hrs/week, M-F 8:30am-5:30pmJob Function:General Administration Position Description: As an Executive Assistant you will: + Serve as administrative contact and liaison with departmental or program constituents including routing incoming communications, managing requests for information, and welcoming guests. + Manage complex calendars and provide a wide variety of tasks including supporting the daily needs of principals, responding to meeting requests, handling scheduling conflicts, and anticipating and resolving problems. + Coordinate logistics for meetings, distribution of agendas, and event/facilities reservations. + Gather, develop, and prepare documents including background data, presentations, reports, research, surveys, and spreadsheets. + Review, edit, and draft confidential communications on behalf of principals. + Maintain financial documentation and prepare and process financial transactions on behalf of principals. Assist with travel arrangements as needed. + Perform other related duties as required to ensure the smooth operation and responsiveness of the Office of the Dean.
