Title:
Executive AssistantKBR is seeking talented and experienced executive assistants in support of the Hemisphere program for Space Systems Command (SSC) in El Segundo, CA. Qualified applicants will assist the Government in the execution of routine business operations. Individuals will provide executive level admin support, office management, personnel management, human resources management, and configuration and data management. When requested by the Government, individuals will conduct research; prepare statistical reports; handle information requests; coordinate personnel and appraisal records, mail distribution, office support services; and manage executive schedules. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and supporting all Government travel from initial booking to reimbursement voucher completion; coordinates staff activities; arranges meetings, events, and conventions; and performs other clerical functions as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assists and advises the Government in analyzing, interpreting, monitoring, disseminating, and resolving all tasks to ensure deadlines are met
-Develops, documents, modifies, transitions, and maintains standard functional databases to support Government in meeting mission requirements
-Aids the Government in managing Government civilian record keeping and human resource functions
-Attends and supports various meetings and reviews; captures action items, records minutes, and disseminates to attendees/invitees in a timely manner
-Supports the Government with the submission and processing of military and civilian awards and decorations
-Arranges and provides support for all Government travel from booking to reimbursement
-Organizes and arranges meetings, events, and conferences when requested by the Government
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of experience working in an office environment; 4 years of which will involve DoD programs
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Task Management Tool (TMT), Defense Travel System (DTS), Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Collaborative and inclusive; productive working in a team environment
-Adaptable in dynamic environments and self-starter
-Fluent in developing and maintaining schedules using Microsoft Tool Suites (Outlook, Project, etc)
-Active Top Secret security clearance (US citizenship required)

This salary target range is if for the stat on El Segundo area only
$85,000……………$105,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
