Executive Assistant  Salary Rate: $30-$45/Hr Location: Downtown Houston (Medical Center) Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a renowned hospital in Downtown Houston, TX. In this role, you will provide high-level support to Division Heads, Department Chairs, Vice Presidents, Associate Vice Presidents, the Chief Strategy Officer, and other senior leadership. 
What you will be doing: Schedules large and complex meetings with institutional leaders across the enterprise and coordinates details for the AVP including preparing meeting materials and distributing to appropriate individuals.Takes detailed minutes of meetings.Coordinates all travel arrangements and reimbursements for the AVP.Prepares correspondence, memos, documents, and detailed reports for the AVP.Prepares all presentations for the AVP.Coordinates special projects.Coordinates data collection and performs data analysis as specified for the AVP.Creates graphics for presentations and documents using multiple software types such as Microsoft suite, Adobe suite etc.Proofreads documents and presentations for spelling and grammatical errors.May provide specific administrative support to the Office.What is Required: Required: Bachelor’s degreePreferred: Master’s degree or PhDRequired: Five years of executive assistant experience. Preferred: At least 10 years in providing administrative support to executive/senior leaders of large organizations, meeting coordination, event planning and execution.Strong organizational skills and demonstrated expertise with computer software. Ability to process large amounts of information quickly. Experience working in a team environment. Benefits and Perks: Eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance Weekly pay periods The building is in the Medical Center with close access to Metrorail Park-N-Ride stations. Your Career Partner:  The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
