You are a highly energetic team player who can juggle multiple calendars and foresee future conflicts before they happen. The idea of being part of a smart and professional administrative support team energizes you.

**What you will do:**
In short, you will work in a highly visible role providing administrative support (travel, calendar, meeting, event, and expense management) for multiple departments lead executives and their teams. You will report into the Manager of Administration and be part of a centralized administrative support function and will receive coaching and support from both the Manager and Director of Administration.
Finally, being part of an administrative support team means that when your workload gets high, there are others to help (and vice versa). You’ll have dedicated support assignments, but you’ll also be expected to help when others team members need it.
