Job Title: Executive AssistantJob Description
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the president of the company. This role provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the President and/or other assigned leadership staff. Key responsibilities include managing the president's calendar, arranging travel and accommodations, scheduling meetings, performing clerical and administrative tasks, and ensuring the president stays organized and on task. Additional duties may be assigned by the president.
Hard Skills
+ Previous experience
+ Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
+ Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
+ Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
+ Calendar management
+ Travel arrangement
+ Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
Soft Skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
+ Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
