The right candidate will be reporting to the executive team, this individual is responsible for collaborating with and supporting the executive team. Using discretion when working with confidential information concerning the company, executive management and employees is a must. Further, the ideal candidate will be able to self-identify other areas and functions in which they can contribute and offer to assist.

Support executive schedule coordination with managing calendar and appointments, including meetings, conference calls and conference room arrangements for multiple executives Coordinate travel arrangements Handling executive department phone calls and mail as a well-coordinated team with the other Executive Assistants Maintain information flow and filing for executive team Assist with internal meeting and event coordination Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyD.R.
