Team Submarine’s Submarine COLUMBIA Class Program Office is responsible for:
The construction of COLUMBIA Class submarines, financial and budget management, shipyard support of submarines, vendor support of submarines, logistical support, quality assurance (SUBSAFE), and post-delivery submarine certifications and test programs.
The Team Submarine concept unifies once diverse submarine-related activities into a single submarine-centric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.

In this role, you will:
Provide customer service to Program Leadership and personnel.Analyze processes and workflows, formulating process improvement recommendations, analyzing technical/programmatic information to ensure a smooth operation of the department, field location, or specific project.Research, assemble, and analyzing facts; and presents oral and written documents of compiled data for senior leadership use in responding to actions which require his/her personal attention.Track action items to ensure they are complete and on time and meets leadership expectation.Develop and implementing office and organizational administrative policies and procedures.Maintain calendar, scheduling of commitments, and reminding senior leadership of obligations.Prepare, process, and maintain complex paperwork and forms utilizing written or verbal guidance from the government leadership.Coordinate travel and preparing travel documentation to include expense reports.Safeguard sensitive business information, tracking, and delivering time constraint and recurrent tasks using sensitive records, information and data received on a constant basis.Spearhead the review of administrative and technical documentation for format, editorial, and subject-matter accuracy, and clarity; inclusive of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Advise managers and staff on proper company procedures and policies.Attend meetings and preparing notes and/or meeting minutes (attention to detail and punctuality is a must).Ensure correspondence (memoranda, letters, reports, instructions, etc.) is completed accurately in a timely manner in accordance with the Department of the Navy Correspondence Manual and applicable policies.Create/process Defense Travel System travel authorizations and vouchers for program office personnel.Update office organization chart/seating chart and phone listings as necessary.Other administrative duties as assigned. QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
A current or active DoD Secret security clearance.An associate’s degree with 7 years of related experience at the executive and/or C-Suite level. An advanced MS Office skillset to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment accepting emergent tasking with little to no supervision and/or direction. Ability to work both independently and within large team environments.Discretion in performing specified work requirements.Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with a vast team of diverse professionals.Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines, as well as work independently and with sufficient knowledge to present projects to senior management.10% travel required.Additional desired experience and skills:
Experience providing administrative support to senior/executive level managers.Experience with DTS (travel orders and voucher processing)Experience supporting a Navy Acquisition Program Office.Experience supporting a NAVSEA Program Office.In compliance with local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $96,936.08 to $157,519.86; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
