6 Month Contract - to - hire

Hybrid (2 - 3 days in office)

Job Duties:

This is a new role for our client and the EA will be working directly with the CEO of the company. Our client is a small family owned company who manufactures and distributes high temp adhesives.

Manage the President's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetingsMaintain and update itineraries for internal meetingsScreen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondencePrepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as neededPrepare (or assist with) meeting agendas, attend meetings and record minutesEnsure the President is well-prepared for all meetings with necessary notes/materials/informationFollow up on action items resulting from meetings Act as a liaison between the President and internal team members and selected external vendors and/or clientsCoordinate and organize special projects as directed by the PresidentPrepare correspondence to internal team and to outside clients/vendors as needed and directedKeep the President organized by proactively

Must Haves:

Bachelor in Business Administration or related field5+ years of executive admin/c suite experienceStrong communication skillsGreat Microsoft office and excel experience
