Executive Assistant provide secretarial/administrative support. Role holders will exercise confidentiality, tact and diplomacy skills and will have sufficient expertise in their area to deputize for their superior and/or actively participate in meetings. They may also oversee small projects and have some decision-making authority/autonomy. EAs will support a single person and may, in turn, be supported by administrative staff

As our Executive Assistant you will:

Organize schedules, maintain diaries, arrange travel and accommodationCoordinate activities, events, resources, meetings, services and manage internal and external stakeholdersSupport administration, compose presentations, draft reports and assist with key documents, such as business plansDeputize at meetings and make decisions on matters relating to the business areaManage external relationships and service providersGatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an areaAdhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $90000 and $110000.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred, but not required to be successfulAt least 5 years of experience working with senior level executives in an administrative capacity.University degree or equivalent.Advanced knowledge in MS Office, Diary/Meeting Management, Travel Booking/Itinerary ManagementExcellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to anticipate executive needs as well as operate independently and handle majority of responsibilities without consultationExcellent organizational skillsExcellent knowledge of various computer applicationsAbility to deal with all levels of personnel in a courteous and efficient manner and exercise discretion on confidential mattersExcellent typing, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills
