Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Consulting Partners and Strategic Partnership Consulting Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules and heavy calendaring, coordinating travel, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, a teamwork approach, excellent communication, an intuitive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a Hybrid role in our South Bend, IN office (3 days per week in office required).
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage calendars and scheduling of appointmentsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries, including flights, hotels, and rental carsPreparation of expense reports and tracking of reimbursementsPrepare and coordinate meeting materials, presentations, and agendasPlan, coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings and track action items to completionDevelop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and databasesCommunication and Collaboration
Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersRespond to emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of Partners and team members as appropriateFacilitate communication between the Partners and cross-functional teamsCoordinate with other executives' assistants to ensure alignment and efficiencyProject Management
Assist with special projects, such as coordination of interviews with clients and tracking of action items.Conduct research and data analysisPrepare and present findings and recommendationsConfidentiality and Discretion

The expected base salary for this position is $54,000.00-$110,000.00 per year. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
