**Job Summary**
The School of Social Work is seeking an Executive Assistant to assist a senior faculty member and her project team with administrative expertise. This role will report directly to the faculty member and assist with various tasks related to organization, scheduling, planning, and operations.
**Responsibilities***
A successful candidate will have:
+ Demonstrated success with working on complex, long-term projects and preparing data and reports as scheduled.
+ Ability to perform at a high-level within a team setting with a strong willingness to support co-workers, staff, and students.
+ Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask.
+ Ability to work effectively, cooperatively and professionally with a diverse group.
+ Must be extremely accurate and detail oriented, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously with numerous interruptions.
+ Must be able to exercise good judgment and work under pressure, with strong time management skills.
+ Must take pride and ownership of assigned responsibilities, and demonstrate ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
+ Must be organized and able to maintain calendars and scheduling for multiple individuals.
+ Ability to coordinate meetings and events both local to Ann Arbor and at different research locations in multiple states.
**Required Qualifications***
+ Bachelor's Degree (Minimum)
+ 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar position
+ Experience with Microsoft Office, Wolverine Access applications and expense reporting, comfortable learning new technology/software and able to adapt as systems evolve
+ High level of interpersonal and communication skills required along with the ability to problem solve issues without direct supervision
