Executive Assistant
Description As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our C-suite executives, providing comprehensive administrative support. Your responsibilities will include calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting in Concur, event planning, and a wide range of tasks to facilitate the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive team. Key Responsibilities: + Efficiently manage complex calendars, coordinate appointments, and prioritize meetings. + Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place. + Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. + Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur or a similar expense management system. + Assist in drafting and editing documents, reports, and presentations. + Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. + Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences. + Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and projects. + Anticipate and proactively address the needs of executives to optimize their productivity. + Manage and prioritize emails and correspondence, ensuring timely responses. + Perform various administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. + Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. + Proficiency in using calendar and scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook) is essential. + Familiarity with expense reporting tools, such as Concur, is a plus. + Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. + Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. + Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. + Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + Experience in event planning and coordination is a bonus.
