Join the Ribbon team as the Executive Assistant to the CFO and be at the center of our corporate headquarters. This position will support multiple leaders where attention to detail and prioritization skills are paramount.  You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the globe in support of a variety of hands-on activities and participate in investor engagements often serving as an interface between stakeholders and the organization.     Working on site a minimum of three days per week, this is an exciting opportunity to join the company that is modernizing networks across the world.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the CFO and other executives.  Including but not limited to: serving as first point of contact, triage requests, monitor correspondence for sensitive and priority items, scheduling and coordination of meetings, etc. Organize investor engagements. This includes but is not limited to coordination of events, communication with attendees, drafting agendas, scheduling meetings, etc.  Ensure leaders are supported in getting where they need to be on time through careful meeting scheduling and arrangement of complex global, multi-city travel.Lead and support site activities including preparation for customer visitsHandle expense reporting and process vendor invoicesDevelop understanding of the business priorities to schedule and coordinate meetings, bringing together geographically dispersed teams, handling logistics, and documenting follow-up activitiesCollaborate and build relationships to help our business thrive in a global-matrixed organizationDemonstrate both the flexibility and adaptability required to meet the dynamic nature of the fast passed business

Requirements

5+ years of administrative assistant or office manager experienceHighly proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and handle confidential informationInternational travel management with visa administration experience.

Education:

Associate’s degree or combination of education and experience (5 or more years).
