Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for providing proficient administrative support to the CEO and corporate matters. You will handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently, organize data, and meet deadlines. You will compose routine correspondence, compile data for reports, maintain files, answer telephones, and coordinate calendars. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary administrative, organizational, and communication skills, and operate in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
+ Provide proficient support to Administration by communicating clearly, accurately, and tactfully both verbally and in writing.
+ Work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete projects/assignments with minimal supervision.
+ Maintain complete confidentiality and absolute discretion.
+ Handle sensitive information with considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment.
+ Exhibit a proactive work ethic, a flexible, team-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement.
+ Produce a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using appropriate software including Meeting Agendas and Supporting Documentations for Leadership team meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
+ Operate and maintain various office equipment.
+ Ensure the timely preparation and distribution of materials for board meetings.
+ Attend board meetings regularly and coordinate meeting attendance with board members.
+ Maintain corporate files and records, including corporate minutes.
