Large corporation is currently hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Human Resources Director. The position is full time with hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The company provides a very generous benefits package that includes 100% paid employee medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement for qualifying programs, long term life and disability and prepaid life insurance. The Executive Assistant will be the liaison between the HR Director and regional Human Resource Managers. This position does not require HR experience although it is helpful and preferred. The ideal applicant has at least 2 years of professional experience. This is a professional office environment that requires an individual to have advanced computer skills.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for international & domestic travel arrangements; flight, travel and hotel accommodations. Manage passport expiration, travel documents, and itinerary. Generate memos and type letters at the direction of the Director. Assist in creating presentations for training, compliance and company policy changes for large and small meetings. Pull reports from regional managers and compile data into master Excel spreadsheet. You must have advanced Microsoft Office Excel experience. Works closely with the Director and assists in day to day tasks from answering her phone, returning messages, ordering lunch and acting as liaison between your Director and internal departments. You will work closely with the Executive Management team and department heads.
Requirements:
