What You'll Do
You will represent BCG to all internal and external contacts in a manner consistent with BCG’s value statement. This means taking full responsibility for the maintenance of a demanding schedule, providing administrative support to MDPs (Managing Director and Partners), Partners, Directors.
What You'll Bring
3/4 years administrative/secretarial experience;Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel;Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in Kazakh, Russian and English;Positive attitude, confident and friendly personality;Professional approach, proactiveness, and good organization skills;Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential material and information appropriately;Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients;Ability to act autonomously and respond to situations/communications appropriately;University degree is a plus.Who You'll Work With
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.Additional info
You're good at:
Owning all internal processes related to stakeholders, assisting them with business and personal business-related tasks;Managing and maintaining agendas and calendar, organizing and scheduling mainly internal meetings, arranging conference bridges, reserving conference rooms, organizing food service;Coordinating point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.);Preparing weekly timesheet and expense reports;Copying, proofreading, printing and distributing case-related materials as required;Teaming with other Executive Assistants and providing back-up assistance as needed;Maintaining quality control by proofing work for errors, consistency, and format in accordance with BCG established guidelines;Maintaining highest levels of internal and external confidentiality;Teaming with Security Team in maintaining a centralized electronic filing system for case-related materials.
