Executive Assistant
Position Summary:
Provides administrative support to the executive team by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Responsibilities:
Performs a wide variety of complex and confidential executive support work requiring specialized knowledge and experience Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals May direct and lead the work of others Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Performs other related duties as assigned Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assignedRequirements and Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree preferred OR equivalent work experience and education combined required 3 years’ experience in providing administrative support at a department head or C-suite level Demonstrated knowledge of PC-based Microsoft Office software Knowledge of web-based navigation and technology preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience with proof-reading and editing Must be extremely organized Must be skilled in handling time-sensitive and confidential matters Must be commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of Idaho or obtain commission within six months of employment
