**What's the job?**
This position provides extensive support to the VP/GM Siding Products Group and the SPG Leadership Team coordinating the single agenda for the business across stakeholders, sites and initiatives. Primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to the VP/GM, meeting and travel planning and coordination, facilitating communications and stakeholder engagement, and handling special projects and various business/administrative tasks to support the VP/GM and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the SPG business. The position also is responsible for specific sales and customer reporting to support VP/GM in managing the day-to-day business.-
In addition, this position also performs the following functions to support the VP/GM and SPG Leadership:
+ Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior managers, and shared services regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
+ Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns.
+ Collaborate on special projects which may include process improvements, organizational initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables and outcomes.
+ Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual business meetings, and scheduling facilities.
+ Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations and help define new operational and administrative strategies by working with VP/GM and other SPG Leaders on special projects.

+ Advanced level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other analytical software with ability to learn other programs.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.
+ Must be well-organized with ability juggle many projects and prioritize appropriately.
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
+ High propensity to deliver exceptional Customer service both internally and externally.
