Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Amman, Jordan
We will count on you to:
Manage the executives’ calendar by arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences, while resolving scheduling conflicts and sending reminders.Handle all incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive, including phone calls, emails, and drafting documents, memos, and reports.Make comprehensive travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while preparing itineraries and managing corporate credit card expenses.Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and assisting with presentation preparation, including creating slides and collating relevant materials.Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility while safeguarding confidential information.Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the executive and various departments.Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, or special projects, including venue selection and logistics management.What you need to have:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.What makes you stand out:
