They are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support their owner in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage a wide range of administrative tasks, provide strategic support, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Essential Functions and Duties:
Manage the owners’ calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up correspondence
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, screen and prioritize calls, emails, and other inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
Assist in coordinating special projects, initiatives, and events
Maintain and organize files, documents, and databases
Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, and meetings
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism, exercise discretion in decision-making and interactions
Anticipate the needs of the owner and proactively manage time-sensitive tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clearly communicated
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
Paralegal experience preferred
Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools
