Executive Administrative Assistant, CFO position will directly support the Chief Financial Officer of a fast-paced global leadership team and extended organization. We are looking for a self-driven and motivated individual with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. This role will work on a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth planning and execution of the CFO’s daily agenda and schedule, as well as logistical support to ensure efficient operation of the global team, including activities and meetings. This role will maintain a high level of confidentiality, handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, gather information and make decisions independently. The successful candidate will be proactive and anticipate the needs of the CFO and organization in prioritizing meetings, schedules, inquiries, and information. 

Responsibilities 

Perform a broad range of administrative/clerical duties including preparing reports and agendas that may require compilation, layout, and formatting of various data, composing replies to correspondence, and composing letters, memoranda, or data in final form.Coordinate and drive scheduling/logistical support for global events, meetings, summits and/or conferences. Act as the point of contact between the CFO and external stakeholders. Always maintain appropriate discretion and confidentiality. Coordinate travel, accommodations, and reservations (domestic and international). Ensure the CFO has productive and efficient “on the road” time. File expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed. Manage team member requests and queries appropriately. Be proactive in taking the initiative to assemble and analyze information; determine the appropriate response to certain issues; or determine when to refer complex problems to others. 

Requirements 

Ten plus years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting C-Level Executives of a global company. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and anticipate needs. Prior experience managing complexities of global travel. Proficient in multiple applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft TEAMS, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and One-Drive. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving. Experience assisting with project management (helping with timeline monitoring, documentation, etc.) Exemplary planning, forward thinking and time management skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities calmly and efficiently while exhibiting a sense of urgency. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Seasoned professional in handling sensitive situations with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Detail oriented, self-driven, highly motivated individual with positive energy. Experience navigating a complex and diverse environment and comfortable interacting with team members of all levels. 

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$43.25 - $91.75

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
