Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO and the Executive Team, you will be a key player in the smooth functioning of the highest levels of our organization. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and the Executive Team, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is also expected, as these tools are frequently used in the executive office environment.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening phone calls, managing emails, and drafting correspondence Provide administrative support to, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations, and maintaining files and records. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned Oversee the CEO's office, including maintaining office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the office is well-organized and functional. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Perform other duties as assigned

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

High level of confidentiality. Strong work ethic and willingness to go "above and beyond." Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and online tools. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Experience:

3-5 years of administrative experience in a corporation. Two-year degree or equivalent certificate with work experience. Previous experience working for CEO or executive-level manager and/or supporting multiple managers preferred.
