Responsible for administrative, clerical and secretarial support for the Business Lead or Senior Director of Operations and senior leadership team (e.g., directors of operations management, business relationship manager, corporate operations directors, regional operations managers, financial services manager, marketing and sales manager).
Manage the business unit office and handle communications with other business units, corporate office and resources and LCS-owned communities.

The Role:
Work closely with business unit personnel to handle questions and needs. Perform financial analysis and tracking functions- business unit budget. Prepare reports/spreadsheets using personal computer and various software packages. Manage business unit office-purchase supplies/equipment, perform bookkeeping duties (including accounts payable), arrange and follow up with vendor contracts. Act as liaison between division senior leadership and various public offices, corporate leadership, corporate resources and employees. Perform general executive secretary work-telephone, mail, word processing, filing, travel arrangements. Prepare professional-looking presentations in print and using Power Point. Plan meetings for business unit, department heads, start-up communities and others. Complete special projects, some of which involve gathering, analyzing and reporting data, training and making recommendations. Maintain calendar of key dates for the senior leadership team and manage the follow- up of certain items. Prepare minutes of meetings. Organize and maintain electronic and paper files Ability to travel to support division meetings, approximately two to four times per year.
Qualifications:
Advanced secretarial degree and minimum 5 years related experience or high school education and minimum 7 years of related experience. Proficient with presentation, spreadsheet and word processing software, as well as general office equipment. Uses discretion in working with sensitive and/or confidential information. Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written. Excellent relationship skills. Possess detail orientation and analytical skills. Exhibits excellent hospitality skills to guests. Possesses excellent organizational skills
