Board Support
Prepare and distribute comprehensive board packages and materials in advance of meetings Attend board meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up actions are documented and completed Maintain accurate and organized records of board activities and correspondenceExecutive Travel Management
Coordinate and manage all aspects of executive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Troubleshoot travel issues and adjust plans as necessaryExpense Management
Prepare, review, and submit expense reports for the executive team in compliance with organizational policies Track and reconcile expenses to ensure accurate reportingMeeting Coordination
Schedule and organize executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and logistics Manage executive calendars to optimize time and prioritize critical tasksAdministrative Support
Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications for the executive team Handle confidential information with discretion Perform general administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, filing, and other tasks as neededRequired Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g.,Teams). Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work Excellent ability to prioritize work tasks according to deadlines Strong oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityRequired Experience
University degree or diploma in business administration or a related field, and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
