To Apply for this Job Click Here Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and events.Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address requests or potential issues.Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items for follow-through.Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships.Draft, proofread, and distribute communications on behalf of leadership.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics for events or conferences.Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring timelines and resources are effectively managed.Prepare reports and presentations for meetings with executives, clients, or other stakeholders.Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support efficient operations.Qualifications
Experience
5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in an executive assistant or similar role.Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.Experience with project management or cross-functional team coordination is a plus.Skills & Competencies
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage urgent tasks with professionalism.Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent service.Education
