You will be responsible for leading their lively schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling confidential information, and ensuring the efficient operation of their offices. **What you’ll do** + Proactively lead and prioritize the calendars of the CIO and President, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. + Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, screening and advising inquiries as appropriate + Prioritize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes + Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, to ensure efficient and stress-free travel for the executives + Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. + Track and lead expense reports for the executives, ensuring compliance with company policies. + Handle critical and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity. + Assist in various projects and initiatives, providing research, data analysis, and administrative support as needed. + Role will be required to be in office 4 days per week. **What you’ll need** + Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives. + Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information. + Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks optimally. + A proactive and adaptable mindset. CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
