Job Description:
Join the founding team of a new school, supporting the Director and Chief of Staff in a fast-paced, high-visibility office. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage Director's calendar and meeting materials.
+ Coordinate high-level meetings and agendas.
+ Communicate with university leadership and stakeholders.
+ Organize meeting materials in OneDrive.
+ Resolve schedule conflicts.
+ Support Chief of Staff's scheduling.
+ Prepare briefing materials for meetings.
+ Greet visitors and manage office communications.
+ Provide administrative support (invoices, supplies, guest parking).
+ Maintain organized files and records.
+ Assist with research grants and professional associations.
+ Manage financial and administrative tasks.
+ Plan travel itineraries and track expenses.
+ Document and improve office processes.
+ Coordinate special projects.
Essential Skills:
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ 5 years of administrative support experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Discretion with sensitive information.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00
