Overview
Vanguard is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide critical administrative support to a newly appointed C-suite leader. This role is ideal for an accomplished professional who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Qualifications
Minimum of five years administrative experience supporting senior executives.High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience; Associate's degree or Secretarial School degree preferred.Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Location: Headquarters Campus, Malvern Pennsylvania
