Our client, a multi-stage investment management company, is seeking an Executive Assistant in Midtown, Manhattan. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm five days in their office.

Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies, kitchen snacks, incoming and outgoing mailMonitor calendars for multiple stakeholders, schedule internal and external appointmentsBook international and domestic travel (flights, hotels, cars), attain visas and make reservationsSecure conference rooms for internal and external meetings; meeting and greeting guests and registering visitors in the systemCompile and submit expense reportsOrganize internal and external events and catering needsPerform ad-hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required4-6+ years of relevant experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with Concur is a plusExcellent written and verbal communications skillMust have a team player attitude

Compensation/Benefits:
