Our client, an integrated merchant bank, is seeking an Executive Assistant to a Founding Partner in NYC. The hours are 8:30/9:30am-6/6:30pm five days a week in their Midtown, Manhattan office.

Responsibilities:

Oversee heavy scheduling and calendar management; maximize efficiencyBook domestic and international travel; process visasOccasional personal assisting such as insurance forms and correspondence on Founding Partner's behalfScreen calls, manage email inbox, and process dictations for executiveSet up video calls, manage restaurant reservations, and edit/revise documentsProcess expenses in a timely fashionAssist with projects as required

Qualifications:

8-15+ years' experience supporting a C-suite executive in financeProficient in Microsoft Outlook; familiarity with Concur and/or Asana a plusMust have strong attention to detailExceptional verbal and written communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:
