We have a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing in Los Angeles. The Executive Assistant, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing will report to the Executive Vice President, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing, and will support the Senior Vice President, as well as various group members. In this exciting role the Executive Assistant, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing will be responsible for supporting the daily needs of the executive team, as well as various office responsibilities.

Travel and expenses for senior executivesManage team calendars and set meetingsAnswer phones for 6 executivesBook conference roomsMaintain the copy/premium roomOKTA onboarding for all stationsSend department e-alertsPost various assets to the FOX Affiliate portal as needed (including logs and e-alert, quarterly reports, presentations, and marketing one sheets) Maintain fulfillment trackingMonitor the FOX Affiliate Facebook pageOrder office suppliesOther jobs as neededWHAT YOU WILL NEED
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior level executivesStrong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPointStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starterAbility to thrive in a team environmentAbility to manage time and prioritiesNICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Bachelor’s DegreeSalesForce or other tracking system experience#LI-DNI
