While this role is not currently open, we are always looking to connect with talented professionals like yourself for upcoming opportunities. Gallagher is excited to connect with an Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support our senior executives and coordinate compliance activities. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of discretion, as you will be handling sensitive and confidential information. How you'll make an impact Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by executives. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of inquiries. Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications. Assist in the preparation of executive reports, presentations, and other materials. Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by executives. Oversee event planning and execution. About You Required: High school diploma and 7 years related experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft application skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Highly Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
