Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant in our Denver, CO office. We are looking for an initiative-taking, detail-oriented professional to provide a high level of administrative support to a team of senior executives focused on growth for the firm.
You will play a vital part in supporting various growth initiatives and programs. You will also collaborate closely with a team of Regional Administrative Assistants who assist our firm’s leadership. Ultimately, you will be a key contributor to our firmwide leadership team, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is an office-based role at 6200 South Syracuse Way Suite 300 Greenwood Village, Colorado. Hybrid and remote schedules are not available.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of our firmwide leadership team including the management of their travel, expense, calendars, meeting and call scheduling, document preparation, and outgoing communications Partner with leaders to develop and schedule marketing meetings, trainings, and activities, such as in-person meetings, and semi-annual Growth Team Lead meetings Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare initial drafts of minutes and summaries Supply administrative support to special projects and programs including in-house training, new market research, reoccurring growth meetings, tracking financials for new market sector projects and other various administrative tasks Build strong working relationships other administrative staff and senior leaders Occasionally travel (5%-10%) as needed to support meetings, events, and trainings, typically for 1-2 days at a time Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 9 years of experience supporting a senior executive team Prior experience in a corporate environment is preferred Exceptional organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills and an ability to build working relationships at all levels of the organization Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple priorities at a time by effective communication Problem-solving ability, with a resourceful can-do attitude Familiarity with Concur is a plus
Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
