Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Manages the CEO's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, complex travel arrangements, and expense report reconciliations.
Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects and information.
Uses discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the CEO's activities and maintain confidentiality.
Drafts, reviews, and sends communications on behalf of CEO and develops additional corporate communications.
Prepares and modifies presentations for internal and external audiences.
Plans and organizes key on and offsite meetings. Identifies meeting venues and formats, coordinates attendance, travel arrangements, itineraries, transportation, etc., and ensures appropriate facilities and tools are secured and working properly.
Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.Qualifications:
5+ years of relatedwork experience supporting senior leaders in a medium to large company setting.Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.Ability to think critically and analytically and offer solutions to problems with high professionalism and confidentiality.Exceptional time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams or other on-line meeting apps.Details:
