Job Description

Please note: this role will be based in San Mateo, CA and requires 3x days in office (Tuesday-Thursday)

A key leadership team member supporting two global leaders of our Product Organization - our EX Product SVP and CX SVP based in San Mateo, CA. Work alongside these leaders and teams as an Executive Assistant as well as Program Manager of key initiatives. You will be involved and responsible for business operations and develop new skills.

Assist the Executives with managing the calendar extensively, including organizing internal and external meetings across time zones and locationsNot only an EA but also a business partner as a program manager overseeing key programsA key member of the team working alongside other leaders to drive changeYou are responsible for communicating with the management team on updates agenda items, and assisting with ad hoc projects when neededPrepare the agenda for weekly management meetings and record minute meetings. You will be responsible for ensuring action items are being executed by working collaboratively with the  management teamsAssist with creating presentation slides for All-Hands and other ad hoc events.Book travel for the Executive team for domestic and international travelFull expense and travel management for the executive, key partners such as Finance/Payroll/Strategic Sourcing  internally and travel agency, airlines, etc externallyPartner with Recruiting to accommodate candidate interviews with executives and prepare workspaces for new hiresCoordinate and facilitate company engagement events, such as the annual Sales Kick-off, Quarterly Award Dinners, and work closely with cross-functional leaders to assist with internal & external events (both virtual and on-site)

Qualifications5+ years of Executive Assistant experience (Enterprise experience is a plus!)Previous experience managing program and initiatives is ideal not not requiredThis is an in-office /  hybrid role that will require in-office work days with the executives Prior experience maintaining confidentiality and dealing with information that is highly sensitivePrioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with impeccable attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication skillsPossess a positive, can-do attitude with the desire to take on additional responsibilitiesStrong business applications skills including proficiency in (G Suite, Excel, PPT, Slack, etc)

Additional Information

The annual base salary range for this position in San Mateo, CA is $108,500 — $150,000 USD + Variable Compensation (where applicable)

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
