David Weekley Homes is seeking to add an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Region President and Directors in Phoenix, Arizona.
The successful candidate must possess a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Experience as an executive assistant, in a role within a residential home building or commercial environment, a degree in construction or marketing, or any experience or knowledge in land/legal a plus! Searching for someone that wants to learn and is a good strong culture fit.
Job responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings and calendar for Region President and DirectorsMaintain daily, weekly and monthly reportsCreate presentations and documents as neededPrepare growth reviews and maintain confidential personnel filesReview contracts and legal documentsDo market research and prepare market studiesProcess invoices, check requests and credit card statementsPrepare and proof correspondence, including Team Member Anniversary lettersSupports the Learning TeamOther miscellaneous office itemsQualificationsPositive attitude and professional appearance, with a solid awareness of office protocolHigh attention to detail and ability to work effectively with numerous interruptionsFlexibility to deal with changes regularlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to maintain confidentialitySelf-motivated and able to work both independently and as a member of a dynamic teamStrong follow-through and organizational skills with a sense of urgencyStrong Organizational SkillsPrior success multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment balancing a heavy workload of immediate demands along with both short and long-term projectsAbility to maintain follow-up on a number of projects simultaneouslyType fast, think fast, act fast, and have a sense of humor when appropriate
Skills and Experience:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is requiredProficiency in JD Edwards and SharePoint is a plusPrior experience with market research with MetroStudy, MLS, or similar is a plusAdditional Information
