Position Description:

CoverMyMeds is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for our CFO and other Finance executives. This position requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Strong multi-tasking, analytical thinking and organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment. Strong working knowledge of computers and technology with the ability to learn quickly. Flexible with the ability to reprioritize tasks quickly when needed. ​

Key Responsibilities:

Providing specialized administrative support to relieve and assist executives of complex details and advanced administrative duties.Coordinating activities between departments and outside parties.Assisting executives to communicate regularly inside and outside the organization by using the appropriate media and timingSupporting general project management duties.Proactively maintain and manage executive's calendar to optimize time and efficiencyHeavy travel management (potential international). Coordinate all travel arrangements in a timely and cost-effective manner following policy guidelines (hotels/restaurants/airfare/etc.)Expense report management / finance coordinationActively participate in the organization and preparation of meetings (i.e., logistic, room setup, required materials, refreshment needs)Recording/reporting meeting minutes and attendanceMonitoring performance and tracking progress on action itemsParticipate in onboarding for instruction on systems and processes

Minimum Requirements

Typically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. May have degree or equivalent

Advanced administrative support experience working with senior level executives preferredAction oriented: Strong multi-tasking, analytical thinking and organizational skills in a fast paced work environmentStrong collaboration skills within and outside teamProfessional and interpersonal skillsAbility to interact in a variety of situations and people, sometimes under high pressureDemonstrated project management experienceExcellent communication/collaboration skillsStrong working knowledge of computers and technology with the ability to learn quicklyExperience with travel industry. Understanding airline, hotel and rental car policies, etc.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $30.62 - $51.03
