Job Summary
This is a stand-alone position who provides support to VPs, GMs, Managing Directors or multiple Directors. Exercises confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail. Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision; serves in non-exempt capacity.
Responsibilities
+ Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc
+ May prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries
+ Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail
+ Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries
+ Typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses
Basic/Required Qualifications
+ High School/GED
+ Minimum 10 years of Required Related Experience

+ Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
+ Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
+ Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
Working Conditions
+ Hybrid Mobility Classification – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period. However, hybrid employees should live within a reasonable daily commute to a Duke Energy facility.
