Fluor Calgary is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support in a dynamic team environment. Working closely with a member of our Executive Team as well as the Office Administrative Team, they will perform administrative responsibilities as assigned:
• Assist with scheduling and Outlook support - emails & calendar management
• Support travel planning & flight/hotel reservations
• Complete expense reports
• Administer and maintain highly confidential and specialized information utilizing an in-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations
• Perform various administrative duties to include meeting coordination, report preparation, compiling basic spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, printing, and other miscellaneous tasks when requested
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability Policies and Practices
• Other duties as assigned
