**Role Overview:**
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrativeassistanceto theEpturaC-Suite Executives including the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Finance Officer (CFO), and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This role requires availability on a global scale and the ability to work directly with the board of directors. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SaaS-based company and a private equity (PE) environment. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability tomaintainstrict confidentiality are essential for this position.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Executive Support:** Provide high-level administrative support to the C-Suite Executives, including managing calendars, scheduling critical meetings,establishingagendas, coordinating meetinglogistics, and following up with attendeesif needed.
+ **Board Coordination:** Work directly with the board of directors, preparing materials for board meetings, coordinating communication, and ensuringtimelydistribution of documents.
+ **Global Availability:** Be accessible and available to support the executive team across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
+ **Confidentiality:** Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism among the senior team, board members, investors, and potential acquisition targets.
+ **Meeting Management:** Organize and manage executive meetings,which mayincludepreparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
+ **Communication:** Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
+ **Project Support:** Assistwith special projects and initiatives as needed, including events, off-sites, budgets, and preparations for board and senior leadership meetings.
+ **Travel Coordination:** Plan, arrange, and coordinate international and domestic business travel for multiple executives and the senior team. Travel on occasion.
+ **Document Management:** Organize and circulate important documents, including management of electronic storage, coordinating signatures,disseminatingreports, and coordinating activities.
+ **Presentation Preparation:** Review and prepare information and presentations for the C-Suite executives, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
+ **Office Management:** Oversee the executive office operations, including managing supplies,maintainingoffice equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
+ **Expense Management:** Handle expense reports and manage global expenses for the C-Suite Executives, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ **Ad hoc tasks:** Other tasks may be assigned as needed
**About you** **:**
+ 7+ years of experience as an Executive Administrator.
+ 7+ years of experience supporting multiple C-Suite executives.
+ Proven experience in a SaaS-based company and a private equity environment isa must.
+ High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build strong relationships and handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
+ Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ High levelof professionalism and confidentiality.
+ Flexibility to work across different time zones and travel as needed.
+ Ability to develop andmaintainexcellent working relationships with allappropriate executivelevels within the company, the local community, and with critical industry contacts.
+ Prior experience writing, preparing, and interpreting executive materials, presentations, contracts, or related documents.
+ Prior experience handling highly confidential and sensitive materials and issues.
